Lemongrass Flavored Tofu Fried Rice Recipe is a slight twist to the usual fried rice that we make with vegetables. We first cooked the rice with some coconut milk, lemongrass and crushed ginger so that the rice gets infused with the aroma of the lemon grass. Once it is cooked it is then tossed with some caramelized onions, red bell peppers. Cubes of Tofu adds in the extra flavor texture to the whole dish.
Serve the Lemongrass Flavored Tofu Fried Rice Recipe along with Gobi manchurian and spring rolls to make it a complete meal.
