Mixed Millet Phulka Recipe is a wholesome phulka made from ragi jowar bajra and whole wheat. The addition of whole wheat flour, makes the phulka easy to roll and puff on the flame or stove top.

The phulkas is a daily bread in many North part of India. They are usually small in size, thin and puffy. The bread is cooked on a griddle till it puffs up. Here in this recipe we have mixed three millet flours like ragi flour, jowar flour, bajra flour and finally little bit of wheat flour to bind all of them.

Millet are filled with dietary fiber and antioxidants and hence this phulka is a perfect indian diabetic recipe.
